The type of folks you immediately take a liking to. We spent a couple minutes talking about common interests and I really appreciated their professionalism and demeanor. In fact Brandon knew I was going to replace the existing box as it now has no key and he gave me "real" safe suggestions which saved me from buying another substandard safe from Home Depot . They also told me about the AAA discount for lockout service for AAA member which I had no idea was a thing.They were both great, couldn't recommend this company and Mani and Brandon more highly. Made my day.

Alex systematically and patiently troubleshot.  Long story short, Alex spent half of his work day (much longer than anticipated) before leaving me with two working keys for my car.

Not many technicians would fearlessly invite me to hover and watch as they troubleshoot.

My grandma had gotten locked out of her house last night and Rob came bright and early to help her get back into the house (sorry Rob for making you wait on us for 10 minutes). He was very professional and didn't take long at all. He managed to still leave her "vintage" lock in place without breaking the doorbell.

  My bedroom door was accidentally locked with the keys inside. I waited until the morning to start calling around for locksmiths, and B&B was definitely the cheapest I could find... read more in the area ($75 to unlock a typical bedroom door). Other locksmiths quoted upwards of $175?? Anyways, it was really easy to schedule a same day appointment, and the person on the phone was very accommodating! And the guy who came was very efficient. Definitely would recommend!
